I've been told these jacks are for 1973 and later Type 1, Ghia, and 411/412.

Interesting. Someone on another forum told me it could possibly be for an early water-cooled VW or 1970s Audi.

Turns out the first Bus jack in the left of the topmost photo is for a Bay Window. This picture shows Split Bus on the left and Bay on the right:

I agree w/ Everett- later splits used the style on the right. I don't know the cutoff year though.
