I need to know how the front seats assemly or mount works on a 1979 Super Beetle. I have some pieces but I dont know if something is missing and I just cant find an image showing how this must work both in the bottom of the seats and in the seat moun that goes in the car in the floor pans. Thanks.

Do you need the track and the mounting? Not the seat hardware itself? I can take some photos from my 79 convertible tonight.

Thanks for the picture. I think that a previuse owner changed the seats of my super beetle because this one do not have those handles in the tunnel near the emergency brake handle.

Are you sure that's from a 79 conv? Mine does not have the sliders on the tunnel. They have the mechanism built into the seat bottom. Sorry I keep forgetting to take the photos for you. Try to remember tonight.

'73-'79 should all be the same. The request was for pics of the seat track and mounts.

The mounting looks the same, but how the seat moves and the mechanical levers are different. Bellow is from a 79 seat
