How many Pounds for bolts that go on backing plate and cylinders?

According to the Bentley manual, 40-44 ft/lbs.

The rear wheel cylinder bolt is about 18-22 ft-lbs.

Don't believe Bentley, whose 40 ft-lb figure will have you twisting the head right off of that bolt. See here.

217 ft/lbs more or less to line up cotter hole.
