[youtube] (web address of the youtube video page, including the http) [/youtube]

Code:

Got my Christmas door pockets from Cecil installed. They are great. They match the dash and secure certain items from sticky fingers.
BTW got new rubber for around the door pocket and all the way around the top of Doors and body from McMaster Carr for $61 (total cost). Exact matches to original.

McMaster-Carr 562-692-5911. Go online and look at catalogue
Top of door and body 24175k42. I ordered 50 ft because of price brake. the car take 41 but get the extra and save 10 bucks
Inside door 24175k13. I bought 3/32 opening 7/16 height. I should have gone one less in height. It did not matter for my new door pocket covers. I bought 16' and had about 1 ft extra.

I would recommend 24175K12
The dementions are minimal difference between the one I bought except the overall hieght. If you have an old one double check and measure.
I am sure these are exact items to what was on the car originally you just need to choose the right one. The one listed abve is the next size down in heighth.

I am headed down a similar path with the lift, same fenders and wheels.

Are you happy with the tire size?
Could you go any larger, and if so, any idea how much larger without rubbing?

Very happy with tire size.
I would not go any larger.
1. No need. I have never scraped anything below the car yet.
2. Nothing rubs.
3. cruising at 65 difficult. right now. until 2L is build. 55 is right between 3rd and 4th.
4. Stopping. Right now fine. More rotation could be a problem. There is a lot of rotational force. from puny 14" tire and wheel to 15" X 31" tire and wheel.

Getting ready for New 1915 Motor. I figured it was time since I could push it down the driveway in second gear.
I had the Trani gone though cuz it is behind the motor and not interested in pulling it again.
Hope to get the motor back and to the dyno next week.

I really dig your dash and I want to do something very similar. How many hours do you have in that? and what material did you use? I couldn't tell how it secures to the stock dash?
