I found a strange microcar.
has a VW badge, does anyone know what this is?
engine capacity 50cm3

Looks like a version of our "CitiCar" - an all-electric thing made years ago. But yes, I think the badge was simply placed there.. |

Hello from Italy, from what can be glimpsed of the VIN plate in the second picture, I'd say it's a microcar made by AutoMirage (their operation was based in Pianoro, Bologna, Italy, and I read "...NORO (Bol.) (I)" on the plate). That thing has probably a Moto Morini engine in it.
However, since AutoMirage also made Dune Buggies, there is a (light) vw connection. |

well they made fiat-based buggies too, so one could swap the logo for a fiat one with the same degree of connection! _________________ cars:
