DNS not resolved error

Over the past two weeks or so I've noticed that on occasion using any browser if I select the favorite I have saved for the home page of this website I get a "This webpage is not available" error.

Today I started with chrome v. 33.0 and also tried FF and IE

I immediately also tried accessing the site using a browsing anonymizing service and was able to access the site.

So with two tabs open at the same time, one tab of Chrome I got the page not available error and on the other (anonymouse) tab all was fine and I can access the site.

I tried the same thing in Firefox; one tab normal, one tab anonymouse and got the same result.

I have cleared all cookies, history, etc from both.

I've also seen this happening between my smart phone and laptop; I can access it on the smart phone but not the laptop.

Any ideas? Is Cloudflare filtering by IP perhaps?

I have rarely see this occur here but "web page not available" is your connection not getting here, not a message from the site. Unless of course the site is down but obviously that is not the case here.

If there is a CloudFlare issue you get a CloudFlare error page, not typically "page not found". This includes any IP blocking but I don't have any IPs blocked, except for anything it thinks is Nigeria.

The Cloudflare issues I have seen have resulted in the site being slow to respond, not "site not found". They are primarily caching things like photos.

My guess:
If your anonymous program goes through another location other than where you are in MN that could be a path that works.
