Has anyone faked the anodized look on their flat 4 or empi fuchs? I'm thinking of grinding off the markings by the heart, and taking a scotchbrite pad to the whole wheel, then painting the darts like a 67 911s wheel should look. I've seen that one of the well known fuch guys offers this, but at $1800, I'm thinking try it on one wheel, if it doesnt work, it's only $99 down the toilet.
