I been working on a buggy, and getting down to polishing the wheels. The wheels are classic centerlines flats with rivets. What polish will make job easiest? They also need a good cleaning, is alumnabrite good or suggestions?

I'm in the process right now of rehabbing some old GT mags. I found good old metal wad does a good job of initially breaking down the oxidation. Then I'm attacking with Mothers and finally, Flitz. I should be done sometime before the next Presidential Inauguration.

Semichrome polish, can be difficult to find but well worth it. Seriously it's better than anything else I have tried to include Mothers and Meguirs products. Can even polish out plastic headlight lenses.

Another good metal polish I have found is WENOL. It made in Germany and distributed by SCI Scandicraft, Inc. PO Box 659 Camarillo,CA
www.scandicrafts.com
It use on tanker trucks, (the ones with the mirror polish) and airplanes.
