No, it's not cool to debate sell or buy prices IMHO. You don't have any pictures for us to see anyway. _________________ https://imgur.com/user/FisherSquareback/posts

Yeah - no reason we cant help you price it - BUT lots of pics and as much detail as you can provide will help a lot. All depends how good you know the car as far as how accurate it may or may not be.
Rust is a big concern in the northeast, so you should really know what you have.
And keep in mind that where you are impacts the value a lot. You can buy nice rust free cars in CA for a couple grand. But in the rust belt, they are worth more.
One last thing - you will get honest answers and since many of us know the cars pretty well, we are also usually more frugal than your average buyer. _________________ D-Dubya Manx clone - 63 Short pan,1914.

There's more, but not keeping them... |

Do your homework here as well as locally. What's out there, what is the actual condition of the vehicle similar to yours or the one you are looking to purchase. Go look, see, drive. Then purchase or sell yours. _________________ Volkswagen: We tune what we drive.
Numbers Matching VW's are getting harder to find. Source out the most Stock vehicle and keep that way. You will be glad you did.

Even pro's don't get it right, you can "price" it any place on the map but finding a BUYER that agrees is the challenging part.>>>Dan |

Thanks for the correction. I used to be a nice guy, then I ruined it by exposing myself to the public. |
