What might happen if I mix my PPG paint with a Crossfire reducer? I ran out of reducer last night while painting but have some left over reducer from another shoot. I know it usually isn't wise to mix, but seeing as it's Sunday (and I'd think reducer is reducer) I'm not seeing many options.

Thanks!

I wouldn't mix hardeners (well, I probably would but I wouldn't recommend it) but using a different reducer is unlikely to cause problems.

Depends on the system. Some of the PPG products require a reactive reducer. The crossfire reducer will not have the reactive portion that the PPG reducer does. Which PPG product were you spraying?

I would agree with UreKem, make sure that the PPG paint that you have doesn't requires reactive reducer for all crossfire doesn't have reactive reducer components.
