Welded all the way around the rear pans we just installed on the TOP, but what should be done to the BOTTOM? Weld all around BOTH sides? I thought about seam sealer, but will the POR15 I'm applying to the bottom of the pan not adhere to the seam sealer?
OR should I do the POR15 THEN the seam sealer over it? I think I read that it's picky about what it adheres to and wanted to know the process.

Usually you spot or plug weld the pans in from the top, and seam seal the top and bottom areas. I wasn't a fan of POR15, so I used Master Series products. After one coat of silver primer top and bottom, making sure to work it really good into the seam areas, I then put on seam sealer, another coat of primer over that, and then top coated everything. Most seam sealers are made to be painted over.
