For the love of god don't go to Tampa.

Legend has it that the Tamponians weren't born in Tampa, rather dropped off by a flying short bus in June 1980. Entrusted to them by their unknown creator, a 22lb bag of crystal meth and a herd of pitbulls.

It is here, that they create a society trashier than even that of the Jersey Shore. Sun wrinkles and car dealerships. Maaco and 1001% humidity. Toothlessness and Cash For Gold pagodas.

Since you're in Orlando, check out Old Town. They have car shows several nights of the week. It won't be Barrett Jackson type stuff, but it's a good way to pass the time.

See Corky at Sunray Bugs in Dade City if you're looking for any hard to find VW parts.

Upper Keys, Key Largo. Great stop for lunch. Still a few hours south to Key West. Orlando is a tourist crap shoot.

Yellow dog eats

1236 Hempel Ave, Windermere, FL
(407) 296-0609

There is a 4Rivers in winter garden, which is behind Disney. I'll second 903 mills.

If you're eating on property sci if dine in is cool. The quick service cafeteria at art of animation is pretty good too. I hope you made reservations in advance for places you wanted to eat at while on property. Another cool one is 50's Prime Time Cafe, make sure you eat your veggies.

The 12th is the central fl exotic car festival main show. So you'll just miss that. But it's usually chock full of dbags and their cars.
