Bought a DNR squareback from Jim and was struck by his straight forward and honest character. He was very accommodating in helping transport the car to me, providing an extra spare and disconnecting the axels for a long ride on a dolly. It seems a rare thing to do business online and find that you'd really like to meet the other person in real life. Look forward to seeing you at a VW event, Jim, and can't wait to show you a running square back, patched and painted, powder coated and white walled. Thanks again.

Bought a couple of missing pieces for my split from Jim. I was not happy with one item, so I sent it back and he sent me another one to replace it that was to my satisfaction. All in all a good guy to deal with and I'd deal with him again.

Does anybody know if he still does the stickers? I emailed a couple of times and didn't get an answer back (it's been ~2-3 weeks) and yes I checked my spam emails too just in case.

I'm somewhat concerned as well. I paid him for two stickers back in May and have yet to receive anything. Not getting any reply through e-mail either... Wondering what's the deal!

Well, this vendor refunded my payment today, indicating that he's "out of business", in that, he can no longer provide reproduction VIN stickers.

What a bummer! After all the time I've patiently waited... At least I got my money back, so he's a stand-up guy in my books.

Can't say I'm not disappointed though...

I would but people are too picky about the zero not being round enough or a dot is .1mm off.
