Are any of y'all Southern Integrity folks planning to go to Badin, NC on 4/26th?
A few of us from the Charlotte area are riding out together. One guy has a route picked out mostly on the side roads.
I'm also planning to go up to Farmington on the side roads if anyone wants to meet and cruise up. Let me know if you do! I'll be leaving from the Mint Hill area (southeast Charlotte) and might go up through Harrisburg, then Hwy 29 to 601. |
Planning on going to Farmington but probably going to trailer my car there in case I break it racing. _________________ My 1970 Beetle Thread

It's a ways off but it's one of my favorite shows of the year. Anderson has a car show every year on the Saturday before Father's Day, it's the 14th of June this year. We always take our VW's and we should have three of the truck's we've restored at work there too. Would love to see some of the SIA guys there!
Another show coming up is Blue Ridge Fest in Pickens on May 16th. Huge show/cruise in with over 800 cars there last year.

Sadly I didn't see another aircooled anything out there. Just a sea of mustangs and corvettes. _________________

I forgot that it was happening this weekend.
One of these days you might be surprised to find more ACVW there. _________________ Where's Garry |

I've known the owner for years but haven't seen him for a long time. Not sure where he has all the parts and cars unless it's at another location. He doesn't have a ton of room where he is at now. |

all,
Does anyone in Anderson SC have a set of type 3 rear brake shoes...they do not have to be new...could be old and greasy.
I need to cut down my type three drums for short axles and the shoes I ordered will not be here for a week. I need the donor shoes for a test fit to verify how much to machine off the drum.
PM me if you have some I could borrow
Thanks

Very good, I do not believe I have ever met you. Let me know what you will be driving so I can introduce myself, I will be in my 15 window.

Can someone that's going to CTS and the farm get us 2 CTS shirts size small and bring them to the Farm? I'll pay you back plus a little extra for your time. For the first time in 4 years we have to miss CTS but will be making Farmington for the first time ever. Thanks

I need a 14" bus rim to use as a spare.
Anyone got a straggler sitting around they can get rid of?
While I am at it.
I could use a pedal pan for a 67 bus. Beat up or rusted out does not matter as long as I had something to start with. _________________ Where's Garry |
