Found these in someones back yard...at first I thought they were the sport rims for vw..but I guess not...I cant find anything on these. They tires are R13 !! small car ..they have to be fairly old, they were with other stuff from 70's. Any ideas ?

dangit! I thought for sure my google search for 1973 Capri would win, then Opel, Vauxhall, MG, anything! I tried every Euo make I can think of - but I struck out every time. Good Luck.
