I'm trying to figure out if my spare SC treasure chest lock is a barndoor lock. I posted to a thread in the split bus forum--- here is the link . EB was kind enough to respond, because it was a photo of his 54 lock, I used as my reference photo. My question was about of placement of key codes. His Barndoor code stamp was on the top of the lock's mounting tab , where it could be seen with the lock still mounted. My codes from a 62, are on the same tab, but on the underside, and hidden when mounted. Late T codes seem to be hidden but stamped on the body of the lock. The link will have the photos referring to all of this. Any help from Barndoor experts?
