PEKA VW Towbar Identification help!

Hi, I was wondering if anybody can help me identify what VW this 1973 VW Peka Towbar is meant to fit. I have tried researching it a bit, but can't seem to find anything about it!

The towbar says it is for VW 744, and the towbar model number is R27

It is New Old Stock and as long as it doesn't fit any of my cars, which i don't think it will, will probably be for sale once I know what its for.

Any help appreciated. Thanks

i think that's for a VW Variant 412.

i'm now 100% sure it's for a 412. the hook for the 411 is the same part number with A on the end. Wink

I've got an original VW Accessories Catalogue that lists the part number 000 092 119 B as being for 411-466 models, with the note "Permissible trailer load 900 kg without reinforcement plate (from August 1972)".
119 A has the same applications but between August 1969 up to end of July 1972.
