Kind of a stupid question but can anyone tell me about how much a 64 to 69 rear torsion weighs? The torsion part that you weld into a tube frame sand rail? I am guestimating around 85 to 100 pounds. Has anyone ever shipped one before? Trying to figure out whether to wrap it or just ship bare? Any feed back greatly appreciated

Have no idea, but ship bare. Have heard Grey Hound is inexpensive for that type of shipping.

If it has the end castings for the shock towers you may want to consider crating it. They can get busted off pretty easily if it gets thrown or moved around improperly.

Also make sure you spring for insurance just in case that happens.
