I take it your talking about something like this Samba Ad for Drop Plates. I am not familiar with them at all but any time you change a swing axle set-up even a little it's important to check to make sure it handles correctly especially on ICE because if it does not you have the danger of having an accident with your car when you hit a slick spot in the rain or are going down the highway at freeways speeds and swerve to miss something in the road etc. It's got to be right man. Measure the distance between the front and rear axles and get that the same. Kick those wheels all the way forward and measure it should be about the same front axle to rear axle measurement.

Anything with negative camber is gonna eat tires. Yes toe plays in on that too. You are rolling on the inside edge more and it's gonna go bald first.
