51 Split Hood Brace Reconstruction

I'm wondering is anyone has a split hood they could measure the drain hole dimensions for me? I need to fabricate this brace from a later model and these holes need to be replicated.

I'd like measurements on the distance form the seam and also the diameter of the hole itself.
