SC and DC hoops strengthener details?!

Now I'm looking for any information about hoop strengthener?
Well I have to do it myself because of shipping cost.

Also, the slats in my sc are sagging. Can I prop them up somehow?

It was only the single cabs that came stock with them. Both of these guys sell repros and may be able to provide dimensions if you don't get them here...
