This is a set up front.
a hair taller than a 145/65 but a good inch or so wider. Sorry they are hard to see due to the editing the photographer did. They are good tires. |

I installed a 6.5" narrow beam. Taking into account 3/4" of added track on each side as a result of the dropped spindles and 4 piston wilwood brakes. The effective narrowed measurement is 5".
BRMs are flat4 6.5" in the back and 5" in the front. Garburners are 5.5" all around. The rear tires are 205/60/15 |

Do you get any rub with these? I have a 1955 Bug with stock fenders and a 6" narrowed beam with drop spindles and disc brakes that push it out about 1/2" with radars. I am currently running 165/45 that are way to small don't look to good and put me way to close to the ground. I am looking for a little more sidewall and height with my tires and lift my front end up about 1/2". |

There are also 165/50's and 165/55's available. Quite a few different profile 165's to choose from _________________

So what size tire were you running with just the spindle drop in the front? And I'm sure you re indexed the rear and what were you running then I'm most likely going to keep the stock 15" steel hub caps and redo them all around, I'd like to do the spindle drop about 3" and do the rear also. I just want to know tire size I should run |
