I got this clock together with al lot of other parts, mainly from two T1 1964 and 1957. But this clock seems newer than 1964. Is it for a 58-66 beetle dash, or maybe a Porsche 911?

Found this old Samba pic claiming this is a 911-clock.

1962-65 Porsche 356

(edited)...Or is it? The linked thread shows a 356 clock dated 5/64.

Just wondering Jan, this VDO clock for a 356 1962-65 is 12 V and looks different.

No green numbers on face, plus it's 12v and dated 2/68--caveat emptor...

(edited) Now that I think about it, I believe this clock came off a late '60s Silver Eagle (Continental Trailways) bus. The earlier buses had an overhead console clock with a face similar to a split window beetle.

Yeah, that's not Porsche.
