Good day Guys,

Do any of you have any detailed photos or a diagram showing how the rear quarter panel on the beetle is attached to the roof.

If you want to know because you need to replace one, do not interfere with the integrity of the roof. The preferred method of replacement is to cut and join the panels around the window pillars. Im sure if you search you will find instructions on here somewhere

Well i was thinking to remove the outer rear quarter straighten and repair that then somehow jig the area and do what ever repair on the inner panel.

Your year Bentley manual will have replacement instructions, pictures, etc for exactly what you are describing and more.

I am afraid i have the Bentley service manual which doesn't have information on body panels.
