ID Hazet round toolbox from fleamarket please

Hi there, I don´t write very often here, but love to read on thesamba.
Last weekend I have found this Hazet toolbox on a german fleamarket.
I tried to identify the age. My suggestion is between 56-60/61, if I combine it with others I have seen on the net. Could that be correct ? The clip is mounted with 2 skrews. Is that original?
There are no tools in it any more. I don´t know if I will keep it and search for the missing parts on german markets, or maybe sell it empty to a collector.
At the moment I don´t have a beetle anymore-I hope again in future-so no real use at this moment. Does someone knows the actual prices? (with/without tools)? Or maybe I can swap with classic Vespa parts.
What about restoring the box from the outside? I mean no new lacquer, more oiling it with owatrol-so that the original patina will be kept. Or better leave it in that condition ? Thanks

The lid clip should have button head rivets, not screws/bolts
