I'm looking for pics of bugs with a stock width adjustable beam, on 165/50/15's i read alot of posts and people say they dont work on a beetle. I currently have 195/50/15's on the front my bug and and they are rubbing a bit when i adjust it halfway down (in the pic) i am planning to buy the 165's but i first wanna see how they look on a slammed or semi slammed bug.

The tires will be about 1.5 inches shorter than you 195s and about 1.5 inches narrower. they are very short and should fit under any car. I'm running the 45 series on the front of my buggy and now they are going on my 57 with a modified front end that has much smaller wheel openings and narrower fenders. I'm running a 4" narrowed beam with disk brakes so the wheels sit in about 1.5 inches on each side.
On my buggy I can run the front beam 1 inch off the ground and there's still lots of clearance on the fenders at the top.

It looks awesome on the buggy... will the 165/50's rub alot if i slam it? cause the whole point of getting the tires are that i dont want to narrow it, but i want to slam it with stock beam width and narrow tires i dont mind a little rubbing but not too much rubbing

The tires are TINY you shouldn't have any problems rubbing with your car slammed. I think the 165/50s are just over 21" tall. Be prepared for your tire guy to hate you though. They are an absolute cow to mount. The sidewalls are very stiff, the tires are very small and getting them off a rim is a real workout if you need them taken off to get patched.

So i decided to order the 165/50's this week,  Now im waiting, i hope they get here by friday or saterday , cant wait to post pics when i get them

Bumping it up
165/50/15's on 6j widened (inwards) steelies
195/50/15's on 8j widened steelies
Stock width adjustable beam
Custom Adjustable springplates
There is some slight rubbing on the headlights but will sort that out, other than that the car drives like a dream, no hard bumping and bottoming out on rough roads.
It can go much lower but i can't get into my yard

Custom made notched adjustable springplates.. I adjust it with a 10mm allen key skrew
Looks almost almost like the empi adjustables, just with longer skrew
