The extra lights, mirrors, and antenna are a dead giveaway: this is a rare spotting of the failed Kenworth Ghia prototype. Exclamation

Looks as though somewhere in its history, it lost its dual smokestacks, and the naked woman silhouette mudflaps. But the rest of her is alllllll there! Very Happy
