I attended a show last Sunday in Joliette Quebec. The show was held at the new site of the
local Volkswagen dealer. You can see the dealership still under construction in the background
of some of the pictures.
The show was well organized and well attended, everyone was very friendly, great event!
Lots of nice cars.
Here are some highlights:
This notch has only 35,000 miles:
First Puma that I've seen:
Nice looking Sports Bug:
A couple of slammed Beetles, they dragged on the stones when they pulled in:
Some Karmann Ghias:
914, always one of my favorites:
A custom ride that followed me part of the way home:
Dune Buggies and buses:
Rabbits, I don't see these very often:
A Yellow Thing:
And of course lots of Beetles:

Wow !! Looks like a good show starting up, was this the 1st year ?? I'd like to find more shows in your area, since it is just a 3-4 hour ride from Vt.

Tom: They have had it for quite a number of years, mostly 'locals' (with a couple of hours) attending. This was my first year attending, I found out about it at a local show here in Ottawa.
I'll probably head back again next year, schedule permitting  . |
