The Metro rings are different thickness, and won't work in Porsche.

Metro has 1.20 x 1.50 x 2.80 thick rings.

Thanks for the PM - problem solved! No reason to keep a great solution secret, so here you go:

www.deves.com

Reccomended!

If you are still running the chrome plated aluminum cylinders, I would be somewhat concerned about using the 3 piece type oil rings, which I believe the DEVES rings are. Conventional wisdom is that the thin steel tears up the chrome plated aluminum. I have no personal knowledge that that is correct. I believe the top two rings in the DEVES set are cast iron and should work fine. Don't know if there are any 74mm 5mm thick cast iron oil rings out there, so you may not have any other options, but I would recommend checking around. If you are running an iron cylinder or a iron sleeved cylinder, the DEVES rings should work great.
