New - again - 74 Standard

Just signing in again....I've been out for a few years. Now back with a 74 standard beetle. Everything says "74", but the front bumper and rear have the slotted mounts, no shock tube mounts. No conversion, original....

Anyway, the bug needs lots of work.
Brakes: want to do disks up front: good source?
Fender: need a LF used fender (slotted bumper hole)
Paint: eventually.....
Tires: 4 lug wheels......needs new rubber.

Chassis: need the front tunnel flat part that goes from the pan to the suspension beam. anyone know the patch panel part? or a supplier?
Interior: ok...redone at some point.
Engine: original. not running....going to get a replacement carb

It may just be a 74 originally from outside US.
All the other markets outside North America didn't get shock bumpers.
