Knocking noise?

I don't think it's an exhaust leak.. I tightened the shit out of everything and it's still there. I also to ook the exhaust tips off and it made the car loud, but the noise was still there, no difference.
I will update this when I get the chance to check the valves or deeper.
Someone said that the valves could be loose since I just did them. How would I keep them from unscrewing themselves? I'm talking about the nuts on the rockers.

To rule out a compression leak at the head to cylinder do a compression check. If your valve clearances have been loosening up pull the rocker arm and check the torque on the lower 4 head studs.
