Anyone know where I might come up with a set of center caps for Gurney wheels?

The wheels in your photo don't appear to be Gurney Wheels, your wheels have holes for the tab style center cap and are probably P/S Centers. Per-Spec Wheels ...

Gurney Wheels have the push-in centers.
You might try a local wheel shop for something that fits.

OK, that is a good catch on those details. As I didn't know that, I was only going by looks and and what pics I could find online. They do look awfully similar.
