There's been some talk lately about EMPI GTV and I haven't been able to find anything about what the GTV stands for ?

"Grand Touring Volkswagen" ... Maybe ?

I always thought so... Never really realized it hadn't been decoded before. Gran Turismo certainly has more flair!

without the "d": "Gran Turismo Veloce" (Fast Grand Tourer). at least that was the meaning for Alfa Romeo.
