Aloha,
My 55 6v 36 hp brake light stays on when I turn on my lights.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix this. Please be detailed for I work on my own car until I give up then I have to find someone here in Hawaii and its really hard to do.

There are two wires that attach to the rear tail light bulb holder terminals. One is the tail light, the other the brake light. Switch them around. I hope this is detailed enough for you
