Seen different adds on here about different lengths. Does square boss and round boss heads have different lengths ?

It seems that there has been three versions of the pushrods. Andy at [email protected] has a good comparison of the different pushrods.
The round boss heads use a shorter pushrod than the square boss head.
Then there was a change to the pushrod with the knurled end.
