Coming back to town and it seems there are some peeps out there that want to meet up. Meets used to be first friday of the month but that made it hard for commuters to make it.
Anyone up for Saturday meets?
What time and place to meet? It used to be the In-N-Out but its been a few years since Ive been to SCV, any new places that are car/cruise friendly?
Beaters welcome! No paint is OK and we wont make you park far away like some other clubs do. |

Y'know, I went to the Santa Clarita 4th of July parade and saw Corvette clubs, Porsche clubs, Ferrari/Masarati clubs, hot rod clubs, Model T/A clubs, etc. We really need to show up next year with a couple of dozen assorted VWs and a big audio system playing '60s psychedelia! |

It's been over a year since any posts on here. Anyone still around. Looks like there used to be some good VW meets in SCV but maybe not anymore. I have a 64 beetle that I'm working on and I wish I could find another VW head in the area that I could talk to and maybe get to help me out. I'm a VW newbie and don't know anyone who is into them. I would love to go to meets(once my bug is driveable) if they are still happening. Message me |

I finally have some time to do some quality Vdub stuff as I am now "re-retired". Seth, Bob, and Joe still live out there, hopefully we can start this stuff up again. I just got back from scouting some camping spots (since my old ones burned down in the last station fire) and hope to get a Luftvolks campout organized.
Found a nice cheap group spot that will handle 10 cars in one spot and and another 10 in the one right next to it.
Since family and work usually take most of the time hopefully some of the old crew can get a few days off and make a family day in the dirt happen.
PS
I think our 64s are twins
