| I have a 61 bug. I bought a new pitman arm to find out it is too large. when completely tightened together, it is about 1" in diameter, the steering box rod to pitman arm is about an 1/8" or so too small. Can someone help me figure out what parts are actually 61 and what are newer model or what??? I need to buy a new gear box so I wanna buy one that will fit the larger steering box hole pitman arm. the tie rod ends fit great into the other side of the new pitman arm as well. |
