My "new" '70 Baja has no front turn signals, and those '40 Ford type tail lights which I'm guessing won't also function as turn signals (I'm an electrical moron)? I'd like to use something on both fenders that will easily attach through the fiberglass fenders. Will stock units work? Do they have bolts that extend through the fenders, or threaded "female" receivers? Will stock units on the rear work on this ass...is it low enough to make them visible?

"Technostalgia" has a Ford Teardrop LED tail lamp system that will function as stop and turn signals...

Another option is to add relay system....

Another option is Motorcycle Module..

Or last choice would be a conversion module to trailer (usually poorest quality of all the above)

Different turn signal switch may also be option, some after market unites will control turn signal/brake lamp functions correctly...

But suggest you do not get Chinese Chrome Plastic unit...

Stock lights have been a pita for me, but I see a lot of mud. I recently modified rear led lights to replace them. Fronts will be next.
