For now, the Marco Polo will only be available in its home market, though it's worth pointing out that the demand for relatively small campers masquerading as minivans is not great in the U.S., given the lack of a space and gas crunch (knock on yacht-inspired wood floor). Airstream offers a much larger and more lavishly equipped Interstate model, based on the more spacious Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis, though it would certainly be interesting to have a smaller and cheaper option on this side of the pond that transforms into a mobile office as easily as the Marco Polo does. |

The only real problem with "replacing" our Westies is marketing newer concept vehicles to a niche market at a much higher price. Their only real audience is an upscale Sprinter-type crowd. _________________ '90 White Westy ("Knarr")

Those are sweet. I can't ever imagine myself being able to afford one though. _________________ KK4NTP
