So far, Aircooled.net has my approval. I ordered a bunch of parts this morning at 0745, by 1630 I had confirmation of my order being shipped and a tracking number! Plus John has been super helpful recommending jetting for my progressive. Awesome company _________________ Steve

I am looking for a driver's side running board, at this point I'm not very worried about condition. If y'all could keep an eye out for either a single one or a cheap set locally, I'd really appreciate it. That is the last thing that the 68 needs on the exterior, and everyone who has one on here wants more to ship it than the cost of the actual running board _________________ Steve

Thanks Mike! I can tell we've been busy at work because I haven't checked Craigslist in a few weeks. Usually the VW parts selection is quite small in this area. Maybe I got lucky with this one though. If not, I'll wait until some shows next year and check the swap meets. _________________ Steve

Mid America Motorworks has free shipping on running boards right now. |

|
|
Hi, I was at a thrift store in PA that is there to make money for shelters and animals. I was making small talk with the manager and discovered that he is a Harley guy but likes old cars. So...... I asked him what he thought of having a car show there this spring and rolling all of the money to the animals. He loved the idea and if the club wants to participate it would be great. He has a snowcone machine and said local businesses have donated gift certificates to be raffled off on similiar occasions. We can pick a weekend and the sooner the better. It would be in Ft. Loudon PA if anyone wants to GPS it but isn't really that far for most. There is a really nice state park with campsites and cabin rentals within 10 minutes from there if that sounds better for some. Please let me know what everyone thinks. _________________ 66 Sunroof Bug(Sandy)

We are still around I hope. Winter time is hard on the group and we also have a Facebook page. I am trying to organize a fundraiser late spring or early summer in Ft. Loudon PA and have a link of shows somewhat in the area. I know Sean and Shannon usually go to the Home Depot shows in Ranson when the weather is nice. I live in Hedgesville and there are a few active members in Winchester as well as Inwood and Martinsburg and of course Ranson.
