Where to get a relief valve reamer?

It should have a groove if that is what the engine supposed to have. I do believe the type-4 used the grooved plunger but not entirely sure if there were variations........for instance those that had two relief valves???

Update: Okay, this is a type 4 and I over sized the plunger bore and my machinist made an o/s plunger plus checked the spring tension which was 18lbs and within spec. Today I installed and took the bus for a ride and am happy to report that it has solved the low pressure at idle problem. No idiot light! I still haven't done a freeway drive but I suspect that my pressure will be on the low side at 60 mph.
