Just curious, did the T34 ever have D-jet from factory and did any T34 have the double joint drive shafts (other then the automatic) ?

No, the T-34 never got D-jet FI. It either got a single carb (up thru 63) or dual carbs thru 69. They also only got the AT from mid 68 thru 69, which means yes, they did get the double joint (CV equipped) axles (69 only). Keep in mind that the 914 replaced the T-34 on the production line after VW discontinued the T-34. Shocked
I hope this helps.
