New Contact info.
Demello Machine
140 E. Stetson Ave., #331
Hemet, CA 92543
Ph.: 951-786-8265 (cell phone)

I just got off the phone talking to the owner Bob. He said the website needs to be updated which is still showing the old address and phone number (18273 Grand Avenue, #4, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530, TEL: (951) 678-5176).

I recommend calling the shop before shipping anything incase it changes again, the 786 in the new phone # is correct, looks a bit twisted from the old # but it is 786. Bob said he's out in the desert/country and forced to use a cell phone.

Good luck dealing with Bob, he is a nice guy to talk with, but don't hold your breath on anything he says. The parts I ordered on March 30 of 09 still haven't delivered, but he billed my credit card the day I placed the order. I am still trying to get my parts. It is a shame to see DMS reduced to this level of customer service.

Bob took my crankshaft, that he made, did some work to it, charged me $200, I mailed him a check, it was cash several days later.

This was April, 2014.

It is now October, 2014. He said he lost my address.

I have called him at least 10 times, leaving my phone number and address
over 3 weeks after he said he would ship my parts.

I have not received a return call (after his initial return call stating he lost my information)

My experience is, Don't do business with this man if you value you want good service.
