I used reversed Porsche 356/912 steel wheels to get the 5.5" rims. The early ones didn't have safety beads so they don't have the ugly ridges, and the inner barrel (now outer lip) has a wider/flat outer lip that looks 100x's better than any other donor rim I've seen.
