Looking for clues...turn on the headlights, 1/2 the time the headlights will not come on. If I click the high beams, they work. Pull switch in an out, sometimes the lows will work. Is this a headlight switch issue? Looking for clues to track down. Thanks.

The headlight switch only powers the high/low beam switch so if the high or low beams always work, it sounds like a floor high/low beam switch issue to me.

Try cleaning the connections on that switch.
It could also be the fuse box wiring connections.

Try tightening wire at light switch first. Had a similar issue recently.
