I'm missing the rosette that goes into the header panel that surrounds the crank handle on my 62 ghia. I have not been able to source it, or find a good photo of one.

Is anyone making these, or selling used ones?

Seeing some of those new trims being made with 3d printers - wouldn't this be a great part to be reproduced this way?

Anyone have an extra one around?

Sheesh Bluedot... Laughing That's a photo of my car! You should just search my gallery. there's probably a photo of everything you ever need to see right there Razz

Here are some close ups. I've cropped them from wider shots.. so not a sharp as usual.

Yes it is chromed flat and held in place with a pair of countersunk phillips head screws. The part number is 141-871-595
KGPR has it and call it "CV Crank Handle Plate". You can see it here However they show the wrong picture. you should give them a call.

There is a label that goes under it is a circular thing with arrows pointing "Auf" and "Zu" ( see it at Gerry Held's site Here)

You are so my hero. I even have that sticker I can't pronounce coming thanks to you.

I looked all through the KGPR catalog and couldn't find the LACKKCONTROLLE sticker either, how did you find it?

It's a paint inspection sticker - definitely a finishing touch to all your cars with restored paint

You won't find it on KGPR
It is on Jerry Heldt's Karmann Ghia Company of Australia.

Where do they go?
Look at this thread...

It might just be a lowlight thing.
