Hi, I raised this in the Oval window area, but then found this area, so I'll post my question here as well.
I'm looking at fitting a set of 17"x 7" Rader wheels to my 55 Oval window. Can anyone tell me if a 17x7" will fit on the rear, without any mods (except 1 notch lower)?
I believe I'd need a narrowed front beam to fit the 17x7's on the front. If so, whats the minimum I'd have to narrow the beam? I'm not keen on having a radically narrow front end. My car currently has 2" dropped spindles fitted which push the stock wheels out enough for them to scrape on turning.
