I've been very happy with Febi-Bilstein, also Brazilian. I think McKenzie's carries them (popular with the Class 9 & Class 11 crowd). |

I don't know if you have ever replaced VW ball joints before or not, but make sure to line up the notches on the joints and arms or you will not have any travel, they only move in one direction.

As a side note to this I had not replaced any ball joints for anybody for years, but I just had someone bring me Thing ball joints for me to install in their arms they had already taken out of the beam. They were some off brand. When I removed the boots to press them in I noticed they had a 360 deg pivot ie: not directional like an OE set would be. I have Meyle sets but I had to use what he had I did not like the looks of them. From what I saw it wouldn't have mattered what direction they went in as it would in an OEM. It took every bit of my 20 ton press to get the old ones out they were original lol. Is this non-directional type what is coming in for T-1 also? just curious because I saw no markings on them. |

We use the Febi/Bilstien in our class11 race car. They take lots of abuse! _________________ Meek Racing would like to thank Two Larry's Racing, Baja Designs, Rugged Radios, Racer Decal, Optima Batteries, and Lakeport Tire for continued support throughout our racing adventures!
