40hp Judson on a 1300cc?

I read somewhere that a 40hp Judson will work on any type 1 engine up to 1967? I'm wondering if it'll work on a 1300?

It is made for the 1200, and not for bigger engines. So it will not work optimal on bigger engines.

Besides, you need to customize the intake, as the heads are different. And probably some more issues, like the carburator.
