Greetings 914 Folks!

I'm piecing my '72 914 brakes back together, and in installing my new front calipers, I realized that I have no idea where the little spring plate that the bolts pass through, goes.

Does it go between the caliper and the porsche body? Or between the head of the bolt and the caliper?

Any thoughts would be helpful!

Cheers,
Avocado
